Meetings on International Rankings, Digital Transformation, and International Relations

Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, conducted a series of strategic meetings to review progress on international rankings, digital transformation, international relations, community service and environmental development, and the development of the university hospital.

He met with the international rankings team, including Prof. Dr. Mohamed Kamel, Prof. Dr. Heba Youssef Soliman, and Dr. Reham Abu El-Maaty, during which Prof. Dr. Saleh Zorumba presented the plan to enhance the university’s position in global rankings and outlined its current performance.

Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh also met with the digital transformation team, where Dr. Islam Shaalan provided an update on the performance of the Information Systems and Technology Center and improvements to the internal network at the Faculty of Engineering.

In a separate session, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Kamel and the international relations team reviewed the annual report of the International Relations Office for the 2024/2025 academic year, alongside the initiatives of the community service and environmental development sector.

The series of meetings concluded with a discussion with Prof. Dr. Ehab El-Hanafy and Prof. Asmaa Nabil on the development phases of Port Said University Hospital, highlighting achievements and ongoing challenges.

Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh emphasized that the university is advancing steadily toward comprehensive development, teamwork, and a strengthened focus on international rankings, digital transformation, global cooperation, and the provision of high-quality health and educational services.
