A Stable Family… For a Cohesive Life” Seminar at Port Said University Promotes Family Values and Social Cohesion

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi, Supervisor of the Student Welfare Sector and Coordinator of the Students for Egypt Family, the Social Activities Committee of the General Administration for Student Welfare, in cooperation with the Students for Egypt Family, organized an awareness seminar at the Faculty of Arts under the slogan “A Stable Family… For a Cohesive Life.”

The seminar was held as part of Port Said University’s commitment to fostering social awareness and reinforcing family values, highlighting the family’s vital role as the cornerstone of society and its contribution to individual well-being, positive values, and community stability.

The event was attended by Professor Dr. Badr Abdel Aziz, Dean of the Faculty of Arts; Professor Dr. Mohamed Rady, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Assistant Professor Dr. Mohamed Shaaban, Coordinator of the Students for Egypt Family at the Faculty.

The seminar was delivered by Professor Dr. Zeinab El-Samahy, Professor of Foundations of Education at Port Said University, who addressed the importance of the family in shaping well-balanced individuals and preparing them to meet contemporary societal challenges.

The event was coordinated and supervised by Mr. Ibrahim Al-Nims, Director of the Social Activities Department and Initiative Coordinator, alongside Ms. Azza Othman, Initiative Coordinator, and Mr. Mohamed Awad and Mr. Islam Helal from the General Administration for Student Welfare.
