This Summer Lab is an immersive academic journey across Egypt’s most historically resilient sites. The program explores how ancient and historic communities developed architectural, environmental, and social survival strategies and how these lessons can be reinterpreted to revive the heritage of Port Said today. Participants will investigate sustainability not as a modern trend, but as a deeply rooted civilizational practice embedded in materials, climate adaptation, planning systems, and community identity.
