Port Said University Hosts Distinguished Scientific Lectures by Leading Arab Scholars

Under the auspice of Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, and as part of the “Scientific Visitor and Arab Minds Abroad” Program, Port Said University is organizing a distinguished series of specialized scientific lectures for faculty members and teaching assistants on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the New Administration Building (University Club).

The series will feature a group of prominent Arab academics and experts, including:

Prof. Dr. Akhleif Tarawneh, Former President of the University of Jordan (Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan), presenting a lecture on “Quality Assurance in Higher Education.”

Prof. Dr. Sawsan Krishan, Director General of the Al-Khwarizmi Computing Center and Acting Director General of the University Publishing Center at the University of Tunis (Republic of Tunisia), presenting “Smart Supply Chains: Modern Approaches for Optimal Utilization and Performance Enhancement.”

Prof. Dr. Hussein Al-Mahdi, Prof. of Medical Biophysics at the University of Sharjah (United Arab Emirates), presenting “Towards Effective Strategic Plans that Achieve Tangible Results in Graduate Readiness and Rapid Employment.”

Prof. Dr. Nibal Adlbi, Consultant for Digital Transformation and Innovation Policies (Beirut, Lebanon), presenting “Smart Governance in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: The Role of Academia, Scientific Research, and Innovation.”
