The “New Beginning for Quality Education” initiative was launched at Port Said University. The initiative is organized by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education under the auspices of Prime Minister Prof. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly. This initiative falls within the framework of the Egyptian state’s commitment to developing the higher education system and enhancing the competitiveness of universities in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
The event was chaired and sponsored by Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Saleh, President of Port Said University, and organized by Prof. Dr. Heba Abdel Aty, Director of the University’s Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center, in collaboration with the directors of the quality units at the faculties and the Engineering Day student team, with the distinguished participation of faculties’ deans and university leaders. The event was also honored by the initiative’s distinguished delegation, headed by Dr. Hesham Abdel Nasser, Executive Director of the initiative; Dr. Hussein Khater, Director of the Accreditation and Training Executive Plan Department; and Ms. Lobna Hussein, Director of the Public Relations and Community Responsibility Department.
