Prof. Dr Ayman Ibrahim, President of Port Said University, gave lecture entitled “Leadership, Supervision, and Team Management” at the FLDC training.
During which he discussed the characteristics of the leader, the tasks assigned to him, how he deals with his work team, and how he plans to manage the institution wisely.
In the same context, the university president awarded certificates of attendance to the participants. The course works to qualify assistant professors and professors for leadership positions, and the course is among the requirements for obtaining a leadership position within universities.
