The Supreme Council of Universities held its periodic meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the presence of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, Dr Mustafa Refaat, Secretary of the Council. The meeting took place at the headquarter of Ain Shams University, in the presence of Prof. Dr Ayman Ibrahim, President of the Port Said University and university presidents. The meeting dealt with:
- Organizing field visits to national projects across the country.
- Universities’ readiness to participate in the second phase of the “Decent Life” initiative.
- Encouraging universities to establish regional alliances to achieve comprehensive development.
- The Council discusses a number of university files
