The Workshop: “The Impact of Reform Policies of the Ministry of Finance on Academic Courses in Faculties of Commerce” was held under the auspice of Dr Prof. Ayman Mohamed Ibrahim, president of the university, Mr Emad Abdul Allah Awad, First-Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and head of Accounts and Financial Directorates, Dr Prof. Ahmed Abdel-Rahman, Dean of the faculty of Commerce, Dr Ahmad Hareedy, Head of the Central Administration for Financial Advisory Office, and the accompanying team from the general directors of the Ministry of Finance in addition to a number of the faculty staff.
The workshop aims to develop a visualization of the proposed content of the curriculum includes the latest developments in accordance with the digital transformation and its impact on government accounting, the application of the government financial information management system (GFMIS), the electronic payment and collection system (GPS) and the latest developments in financial control in accordance with the unified guide for monitoring procedures for the entities Admin.
