Port Said University Welcomes Jordanian Students with Warm Reception at Cairo Airport

Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, welcomed the newly arrived Jordanian students at Cairo International Airport. The reception underscores the strong ties between Egypt and Jordan and highlights the university’s commitment to international student integration.
The PSU President affirmed that Port Said University opens its doors to all students and that our goal is to prepare a generation capable of competing locally and internationally.

Upon arrival, the students were escorted by the university’s International Relations Team to the Port Fouad campus. They were received by:

A special reception ceremony was held in the university’s main theatre. The Vice President for Education and Student Affairs delivered a welcoming address, highlighting the benefits and opportunities available at Port Said University. Meanwhile, the Vice President for Environment and International Relations assured students of the university’s dedication to providing maximum academic and living support.

After the ceremony, students moved into the fully equipped university housing facilities, overseen by Dr. Mohamed Rizk and Mr. Mohsen Hamdy, Director General of University Housing. The residences are fitted with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The Jordanian students expressed their gratitude and excitement at joining Port Said University. They praised the warm welcome and continued support they received from the time of application through to their arrival in Egypt.
