The University President expressed his pleasure at the students’ joining the academic community, noting that Port Said University is a modern public institution offering diverse programs in medical, engineering, applied sciences, and humanities. He highlighted the university’s strategic location and its vital role in serving key sectors linked to the nature of Port Said.
He also pointed out that Port Said Governorate enjoys a rich history and a unique global location at the northern entrance of Suez Canal, in addition to a safe environment and a cohesive community—making it an ideal destination for study and living.
The President emphasized that the university provides a comprehensive educational environment based on high-quality academic programs, strong practical training, and support for scientific research, along with full academic and social care for international students.
He invited the students to tour the campus to explore its facilities and services and encouraged them to actively participate in student, cultural, and sports activities. Concluding his remarks, the President stressed that values and ethics come before titles, affirming that Port Said University will always remain a scientific and human home open to students from across the Arab world and a nurturing environment for their academic and professional ambitions.
