Port Said University Launches Beta Version of “My Grades” App

As part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy, Port Said University, under the auspice of Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of the University, has launched the beta version of the “My Grades” application through the Information Systems and Technology Center, in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine.

The application enables Faculty of Medicine students to securely and conveniently access their academic results online through a simple, user-friendly interface, offering fast and reliable access anytime and anywhere.

The beta version was developed and launched in coordination with the Faculty of Medicine under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ehab Ali El-Hanafy, Dean of the Faculty; Prof. Dr. Mona Abdel-Bary, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Dr. Marwa Khashaba, Director of the International Students Unit. The pilot phase will support evaluation and further enhancements before expanding the service to additional faculties.

The application was developed by the Information Systems and Technology Center under the supervision of Assistant Prof. Dr. Islam Shaalan, Executive Director of Information at Port Said University, in technical collaboration with Assistant Prof. Dr. Mona Nashaat, Director of the Electronic Portals Unit, who supervised the system’s design and implementation alongside the center’s development team.

The “My Grades” application represents another milestone in the university’s commitment to digital transformation, delivering innovative technological solutions that enhance academic and administrative services while supporting Egypt’s vision for smart universities.
