Under the auspice of Dr Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, the celebration of closing the activities of the national strategy for higher education and scientific research took place. The activities was launched by DrAyman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the presence of Dr Mohamed Awad Taj El-Din, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention Affairs, and the Ministers of Planning and Economic Development, Health and Population, Communications and Information Technology, Finance, Education and Technical Education, Youth and Sports, Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Manpower, and through a recorded speech, Ministers of International Cooperation, Trade and Industry And Ambassador Gareth Bailey, British Ambassador at Cairo. During his participation, Prof. Dr Ayman Ibrahim, President of Port Said University, confirmed that the human-building plan came with clear and explicit directives from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to enhance education as one of the most important tools of the Egyptian state to build a conscious citizen who can benefit the country with his knowledge and work.
