Prof. Dr Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, stressed the importance of partnership programs and agreements with countries around the world that have distinguished experiences in university education. In this context, the Central Administration for Missions in the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the opening of applications for scholarships provided by the Republic of Latvia to study the joint master’s program According to the executive program for the academic year 2024/2025.
