In the frame of cooperation between Port Said University and Ghent University, Belgium, and under the auspice of Prof. Dr Ayman Ibrahim, President of Port Said University, Prof. Dr Rawya Rizk, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Dr Badr Abdel Aziz Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Dr Ahmed Ibrahim Saber, Vice President of the Faculty for Graduate Studies, and Prof Dr Wagdy Khairy, Head of the Philosophy Department; a symposium entitled “Islamic Perspective of Orientalism in light of the term culturalism in the middle of the twentieth century” will be held in the discussion hall at the Faculty of Arts on Sunday, 10/22/2023, at one o’clock in the afternoon.
