Prof. Dr Ayman Ibrahim, President of Port Said University, congratulated Prof. Dr Heba Abdel Aty, Professor of Communications at the Faculty of Engineering, on the occasion of receiving the Best Counselor Award for the IEEE Branch at Port Said University (Outstanding Branch Counselor Award) Region 8). Dr Heba Abdel Aty won this award at the level of the eighth region of the world, which includes all countries of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
