In the frame of the attention paid by the university under the presidential of Prof. Dr Ayman Ibrahim to open communication channels amongst the university body, Port Said University announces launching the E- System for Complaints and Suggestions. This came during the two-day seminar, which was held at the university theater, entitled “Rights and Duties in the Civil Service Law,” in the presence of Ms. Samia Al-Moselhy, Secretary General of the University, and Counselor Walid Al-Sakka, Vice President of the State Council, Legal Adviser to the University. The seminar aims to rehabilitate and prepare employees to carry out their duties and responsibilities with the aim of developing and developing their capabilities, skills, functional competence and raising performance rates.
