
Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Saleh, President of Port Said University, witnessed the launch of the Second International Conference on Technological Education (SCTE2025), “Today’s Education for Tomorrow’s Jobs.” The conference was held under the auspice of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and organized by the Supreme Council for Technological Education from April 8 to 10 at a Cairo hotel. The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports; Mr. Mohamed Gebran, Minister of Labor; Prof. Dr. Hossam Othman, Deputy Minister of Higher Education for Innovation and Scientific Research; Ambassador Kim Young-hyun, Ambassador of South Korea to Cairo; Mr. Mohamed Tarid bin Sufyan, Ambassador of Malaysia to Cairo; Dr. Walaa Sheta, CEO of the Science, Technology and Innovation Funding Authority; Major General Mukhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization; Prof. Dr. Ahmed Geoushi, Secretary of the Supreme Council for Technological Education and Conference Chairman; a number of presidents of public and technological universities; leaders of the Ministry of Higher Education; and a group of Industrialists, technology education experts from around the world, and a number of technology university students.
