In the interest of His Excellency to continuously follow up the progress of the work of the second semester exams for the academic year 2019/2020 and to continue to implement preventive and precautionary measures for the final year teams committees of the various faculties of the university and to stand up to all the attention and care offered to our students in light of the repercussions of the new Corona virus. Prof. Dr. Ayman Mohamed Ibrahim, President of Port Said University, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Jalal Salem, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, inspected the committees of the second semester exams for the final years teams of the Faculties of Management Technology, Information Systems and Nursing.
His Excellency began his tour by inspecting the College of Management Technology and Information Systems, where he was received by Prof. Dr. Ihab, the Dean of the College, and Prof. Dr. Khaled Ubada, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and he inspected the examination committees in the faculty. In the appropriate climate, as he recommended during the tour, students should adhere to the rules and regulations governing the work of exams, and this is in light of the implications of the new Corona virus, in order to preserve the health and safety of our students, by following all preventive and precautionary methods.
After that, his Excellency inspected the examination committees at the College of Nursing and was received by Professor Amal Khalil, Dean of the College, and during the passage of the committees, his Excellency recommended providing all the college’s capabilities during the exams, in order to ensure our students. He also stressed the need to increase and improve the means of ventilation within the committees, stressing the need for medical services, adequate numbers of observers and observers, and regularity of control work to achieve discipline and calm, calling for the speedy completion of the correction work in preparation for announcing the results to our students, respectively.
At the end of His Excellency’s tour, he thanked the management of the two colleges for all the care and services that were prepared to receive our students, which the students felt. He also thanked the students for their appreciation of responsibility and discipline within the examination committees, wishing them success and success.
