Dr Prof. Ayman Ibrahim, president of the university, welcomed Prof. Arkan Utrax, professor of marine construction and renewable energies at Strathclyde University at United Kingdom. The visit is in the frame of collaboration between Port Said University and Strathclyde University. This is an official visit to discuss ways of joint cooperation between Strathclyde University at United Kingdom and Port Said University in the field of scientific and academic research. The meeting was attended by Dr Islam Amien, professor of marine hydrodynamics at Port Said University, Dr Mohamed el- Saqa, Dr Asmaa Rady, and members of the research team. During the visit, the two parties exchanged fruitful discussions on how to develop academic and research cooperation between the two universities in the near future.
