Port Said University, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, concluded its Academic Leadership Preparation Training Program, organized by the Faculty and Leadership Capabilities Development Center. The three-day program included 16 training hours and brought together 22 participants from various university faculties.
Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh opened the program with a meeting with the participating academic leaders, emphasizing that investing in human capital and developing academic leaders are key pillars for building a modern university capable of keeping pace with change and strengthening its regional and international competitiveness. He also highlighted the importance of teamwork, innovation, and effective change management.
The program addressed strategic, administrative, legal, technological, and financial topics, with contributions from Ms. Heba Kaf Al-Ghazal; Prof. Dr. Eng. Nabil Shalaby; Mr. Osama Al-Tabei; Prof. Dr. Heba Youssef; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Islam Shaalan; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amr Al-Atrash; Dr. Sherine Al-Shakhibi; Brigadier General Haitham Al-Tawajni; Prof. Dr. Reham Abu Al-Maati; Mr. Mohamed Soliman; Dr. Mona Hammouda; Dr. Saleh Zaramba; and Dr. Amer Shehata.
Key topics included university governance, entrepreneurial universities, legal and financial affairs, digital transformation, national security, strategic planning, international rankings, creative leadership, change management, and team building.
