Port Said University, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, hosted the monthly meeting of the Supreme Specialized Committee for Basic and Agricultural Sciences.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Mohamed Kamel, Supervisor of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector; Prof. Mohamed Ramadan, Dean of the Faculty of Science; and several faculty members.
Chaired by Prof. Mohamed Asaad, Head of the Committee, the meeting brought together Prof. Sobhy Hasab El-Naby, Prof. Mohamed El-Desouky, Prof. Hassan El-Dahaby, Prof. Rashed Zaghloul, and Mr. Amr Abdel-Baset, Committee Secretary and Director of the Scientific Committees Department at the Supreme Council of Universities.
The committee commended the university’s educational and research development and praised the Faculty of Science’s achievements, including the promotion of 6 assistant professors within the scientific excellence track.
The meeting also featured discussions on scientific disciplines, academic development, and research excellence, highlighting the faculty members’ awareness and commitment to keeping pace with scientific advancements.
