Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, extended his sincere congratulations to Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, following the decision issued by Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly appointing him as Acting Minister of Culture, in addition to his current responsibilities, until a new minister is appointed.
On his own behalf and on behalf of the University, Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh affirmed that this appointment reflects the political leadership’s confidence in Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh’s distinguished academic and administrative expertise. He wished him continued success in carrying out his national responsibilities.
The President of the University also highlighted the importance of closer integration between the higher education and culture sectors in building the Egyptian citizen. He expressed his confidence in Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh’s ability to continue advancing development, strengthen national identity, promote creativity, and support the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030, contributing to the nation’s comprehensive development.
