Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, extends his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Counselor Mahmoud Ibrahim Mohamed Abu El-Dahab on the occasion of the issuance of the Presidential Decree appointing him as President of the State Council.
