PHOCUS 2026 Conference

Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, praised the outstanding performance of the Faculty of Pharmacy students during their participation in the PHOCUS 2026 conference. He emphasized the university’s full support for student activities that aim to prepare a scientifically and professionally qualified generation capable of competing both locally and internationally, while fostering a well-rounded personality that integrates knowledge, skills, and human values.

Port Said University reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to academic excellence and innovation by supporting conferences and scientific events, and by providing students with opportunities for creativity and hands-on training, in line with labor market needs—particularly in clinical pharmacy, dermatology, and artificial intelligence applications in the pharmaceutical field.

The conference was held under the auspices of the university president, with the participation of the Faculty of Pharmacy Student Union (EPSF – Port Said), and under the supervision of Professor Mohamed Kamel, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Islam Kamal, Union Advisor and Director of the Technology and Innovation Support Office. The event was also attended by Professor Amal Khalil, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Amjad Mansour, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, along with several faculty members and students.

The program featured a series of lectures and practical workshops highlighting the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical field, with a focus on enhancing professional skills, communication, and innovation, reflecting a strong spirit of teamwork and collaboration among students.
