Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, received Reverend Bahaa Rashad Seifien and a delegation of Evangelical Church leaders to extend congratulations on the occasion of the upcoming Eid al-Adha.
During the meeting, the University President affirmed that the unity of Egyptians and the solidarity between Muslims and Christians remain the cornerstone of the nation’s strength, emphasizing that the values of love, tolerance, and cooperation are essential for building a more stable and prosperous future.
Prof. Dr Sherif Saleh also praised the national and community role of the Evangelical Church in Port Said and reaffirmed the University’s commitment to cooperation with civil society institutions in awareness, development, and community service initiatives.
For his part, Reverend Bahaa Rashad Seifien expressed his appreciation to the University President, noting that the visit reflects the spirit of love and national unity among the Egyptian people. He also commended Port Said University’s distinguished role in advancing education, serving the community, and preparing generations capable of contributing to development and progress.
