
Port Said University actively participated in the fourth “Fifty Most Influential Women” Forum, held at Nile University on December 13–14 under the theme “Empowering Youth in Science, Technology, and Engineering: The Future Is Happening Now.” The forum was held under the auspice of Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, and Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt.
The forum was attended by senior officials, including Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Mr. Mohamed Gabran, Dr. Ahmed Koujouk, Mr. Alaa Farouk, Counselor Amal Ammar, and Mr. Basel Rahmy, along with ambassadors, UN representatives, and leaders of major companies and banks. The opening featured speeches by Prof. Dina Abdel Fattah, Founder of the Forum, and Prof. Dr. Essam Roshdy, President of Nile University.
The university delegation included the University Career Development Center, led by Prof. Dr. Heba Youssef Soliman; the Entrepreneurship Club, headed by Dr. Mohamed Zein; and the General Administration for Student Welfare, supervised by Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi.
The Career Development Center delivered three workshops: AI Communication by Mr Ahmed Essam, Modern Career Planning by Eng. Abanoub Saad, and Self-Confidence and Personal Empowerment by Ms Raneem Ahmed. The university also participated in the job fair, where Mr Islam El-Saqqa presented its career development services. More than 30 students participated in dialogue sessions under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi and Prof. Mohamed El-Khamisi.
Prof. Dr. Heba Youssef Soliman praised the cooperation with the forum led by Prof. Dina Abdel Fattah, while Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh emphasized the university’s commitment to empowering youth, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, and contributing to sustainable development.
