Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, participated in the regular meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the headquarters of Kafrelsheikh University. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and attended by Dr. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary of the Council, and members of the Council.
The Council thanked Kafrelsheikh University family, headed by Prof. Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, President of the University, for hosting the meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities.
The Council also thanked the university presidents whose terms as presidents of their universities ended at the end of July for their fruitful efforts in developing the higher education system at their universities.
Then, a report was presented on the most prominent activities of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research during the month of July, after that, the council resumed its agenda.
