Join us this summer in Egypt for an immersive learning experience exploring one of the world’s most biologically rich marine environments—the Red Sea. The Red Sea Marine Ecosystems (RSME) Summer School is designed to equip students and early-career researchers with practical knowledge and skills in marine science and conservation.

$2950 for non-students,

What will you learn?
Participants will gain hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in:
Coral reef and fish ecology
Sea turtle biology and conservation strategies
Marine plant and mangrove ecosystem dynamics
Dolphin behavior and distribution
Underwater environmental survey techniques
Management of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs)
SCUBA diving skills and marine field research
Program Overview
The RSME program is an 11-day summer school that includes:
2 Days in Port Said
Warm welcome, orientation, and introductory presentations.
5 Days in the Red Sea
SCUBA diving training and certification, coral reef ecosystem exploration, and marine fieldwork.
4 Days of Marine Ecosystem Exploration
Focused sessions on sea turtles, mangroves, dolphins, and Red Sea plants.
