The Times Higher Education (THE) Online Learning 2024 ranking were announced today in its first edition. Port Said University has been ranked as the first Egyptian university in this prestigious ranking, securing the third position globally in the Bronze Award. The university also ranked second in the Arab world, with King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia taking the first place. Damascus University, Syria and Port Said University share the second place in the Arab world. Globally, the American University in the United States topped the ranking.
On this occasion, Prof. Dr Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, submitted sincere congratulations to the university’s Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector for this achievement.
Prof. Dr Rawya Rizk confirmed that this achievement is part of the ongoing success in international rankings that Port Said University has achieved. She emphasized that the university places great importance on international rankings, in line with the strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Egypt’s Vision 2030
