Dr Prof. Ayman Ibrahim, president of the university, witnessed the celebration held for the World Blood Day. The celebration was attended by Sir Major General Adel el- Ghadban, governor of Port Said, Dr Naiema el- Qusier, representative of the World Health organization, and Dr Hany Rashed, vice-director for the general authority of health care.
The president of the university gave a word praising the efforts of the Governor of Port Said, and welcoming the guests and appreciating the participation in this event. The celebration was organized under the auspice of the World Health Organization and the General Authority for Health Care at Port Said. The event was under the slogan “Blood Donation is Solidarity and Life Saving”.
