Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, announced an international achievement. Port Said University jumped 266 places from 1,150 to 884 in the U.S. News & World Report rankings, issued by the global firm Clarivate. The Clarivate report, submitted to the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education, also indicated that Port Said University achieved a remarkable leap in this ranking, among the top three leaps for Egyptian universities: globally, jumping 266 places from 1,150 to 884; Africa, jumping 14 places from 52 to 38; and Egypt, jumping 4 places from 21 to 17. On this occasion, the university president congratulated the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and extended his sincere thanks and congratulations to Professor Dr. Saleh Zaremba and the university’s ranking team, including Prof. Dr. Heba Soliman and Dr. Amer Shehata, for their outstanding efforts in achieving these honorable results at the international level and achieving this unprecedented achievement for Port Said University.
