Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, inspected the second group of university administrative staff members and trainees at the University Center for Professional Development to assess their professional readiness for leadership. The training was attended by Ms. Samia El-Moselhy, Secretary General of the University. This stems from his belief in the importance of continuous training for university members, both faculty members and administrative staff. This training results in a well-rounded group of trainees, who we are preparing to serve as a second line of trainees for their colleagues in various university departments and faculties. Prof. Dr. Heba Youssef Soliman, Director of Training at the University, indicated that this course provides skills training that addresses the range of personal skills necessary for effective administrative work.
