
The Council of Postgraduate Studies and Research held a meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Rawya Rizk, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, in the presence of several deans, vice deans for graduate studies and research, the director of the digital library, and general managers of the university’s graduate studies and research departments. The Council approved holding a series of scientific conferences in various fields across the university’s faculties, with a focus on encouraging researchers to publish internationally to improve the university’s ranking in international rankings. The results of the University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) for the year 2024-2025 were presented, with the university advancing 139 places over the previous year. The results were analyzed by Dr. Saleh Zarambeh, the university’s classification consultant and director of the digital library. On this occasion, thanks were extended to the university’s classification team, headed by Dr. Rawya Rizk. Notably to say, the Council also approved the registration of 16 doctoral theses and 25 master’s theses across the university’s faculties.
