Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Saleh, President of Port Said University, participated in the regular meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities on Saturday, April 26, 2025, held at Hurghada University. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and attended by Dr. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary of the Council, and members of the Council. The session witnessed Dr. Khaled El-Enany presenting his vision as Egypt’s candidate for the position of Director-General of UNESCO, to enhance the organization’s role and effectiveness in its areas of expertise, in line with global challenges and changes.
