Prof. Dr Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, participated today, Thursday, in the periodic meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities, which was held at the headquarters of Aswan University, headed by Prof. Dr Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in the presence of Dr Mustafa Refaat, Secretary of the Council, and members of the Council. The Council thanked Aswan University, headed by Prof. Dr Louay Saad El-Din, President of the University, for hosting the meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities. The Council stressed the importance of enhancing the role of universities as a primary driver of innovation and sustainable development, as well as activating cooperation between universities during the coming period
