In the frame of the fruitful and constructive cooperation between Port Said Governorate and Port Said University, and in light of the directives of Prof. Dr Sherif Saleh, President of the University, who was assigned to form a working group from a number of university faculties to study the general requirements for the city’s visual identity, which includes the governorate’s use of the necessary expertise from Port Said University. Based on this, the University President met with representatives of the members of the Visual Identity Committee in the presence of Prof. Dr Badr Abdel Aziz Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, representatives of the Department of Islamic Antiquities, representatives of the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, and the Department of Civil Engineering, and representatives of the Faculty of Specific Education, Department of Art Education.
