Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, concluded his visit to the Italian city of Milan, where he chaired the activities of the joint international conference between Port Said University and the Catholic University of Milan, Italy, entitled “Italians on the Banks of the Nile: History and Culture.”
At the end of his visit, the Catholic University of Milan organized an official visit to the historic Ambrosiana Library in Milan. He was received by Prof. Dr. Monsignor Braschi (Director of the Library) and Dr. Juliet Shaker.
The President of the University was accompanied on the various visits by Prof. Dr. Antonio Cuccinello, Prof. Dr. Andrea Campasano, and Prof. Dr. Juliet Shaker. From Port Said University, Prof. Dr. Badr Abdel Aziz Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hassan Anwar, Department of Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts (and program coordinator with the Italian side), Prof. Dr. Morsi Qotb, Head of the History Department and a specialist in the study of Egyptian-Italian relations.
At the end of his visit to the Bibliotheca Ambrosiana in Milan, the President of Port Said University thanked Prof. Dr. Monsignor Braschi (Director of the Library), expressing his pleasure at being presented with the library catalog.
