Under the auspices of the President of Port Said University and through the University Center for Professional Development at the university, the first week of the mid-year vacation was used to train twenty male and female students from the university at a group of distinguished companies and factories in Port Said. The training procedures began by implementing the university president’s directives to link training to the actual labor market. This was done by announcing training opportunities through the University Center for Professional Development. The students praised the availability of these opportunities and their important impact on understanding the nature of work in various institutions, which facilitates the process of accurately choosing a field of work after graduation. The University President expressed his appreciation for the role played by the University Center for Professional Development at the university, headed by Dr Heba Youssef Soliman and her team, and their role in holding many successful training courses.
