In line with Port Said University’s vision toward institutional excellence and transformation into a smart university, Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of the University, continues to support ongoing training and professional development programs, considering human capital investment as a fundamental pillar for performance enhancement and service quality elevation.
Within this framework, the Faculty Leadership Development Center (FLDC), in collaboration with the Port Said University Training Unit at the University Center for Career Development (UCCD) and under the auspices of the University President, organized a training course titled “Quality Standards in the Educational Process.” The course was delivered by Prof. Dr. Zeinab El-Samahi, Professor at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, with the aim of promoting awareness of quality standards and developing academic and educational practices.
Additionally, the University Center for Career Development and the University Training Unit, led by Prof. Dr. Heba Youssef Soliman, Director of the Center, organized a specialized training course titled “Pro Serve” for employees of the General Administration of University Dormitories. This was conducted in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Mohamed Rizk, General Supervisor of the University Dormitories Sector, to enhance professional skills and elevate the quality of services provided to resident students.
The program concluded with a ceremony held at El-Abed University Residence, where certificates were awarded to trainees, and key success partners—including senior participating chefs—were honored for their collaboration, support, and provision of practical expertise.
These initiatives reaffirm Port Said University’s commitment to continuous development, building qualified academic and administrative cadres, and embedding a culture of quality and institutional excellence to support modern management and digital transformation.
