Today morning, Dr Prof. Ayman Ibrahim, president of the university, signed a joint protocol with Dr Prof. Mohamed el- Qousey, CEO of the Egyptian Space Agency. The protocol is to participate in the educational laboratory satellite project linked to the Egyptian space technology education platform. The event was attended by Dr Prof. Rawia Rizq, vice-president for postgraduate studies and scientific research, Dr Prof. Mohamed Khalil, Executive Vice President of the Egyptian Space Agency, Dr Prof. Mohamed Samy, Emeritus Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, and Dr Shereef Abu el- Enin, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Port Said University.
After signing the protocol, Dr Prof. Mohamed el-Qousy, CEO of the Egyptian Space Agency, and Dr Prof. Ayman Ibrahim, President of the University exchanged shields to express happiness to sign this protocol.
This cooperation will affect positively and contribute to the building and progressing modern Egypt, upgrading the scientific research system at Port Said University, and training its students and researchers in the field of space science technology.
