Under the presidential of Dr Prof. Ayman Mohamed Ibrahim, the university held its monthly meeting (Session No 154).The meeting commenced with a speech by the President of the University welcoming the attendance of Sir Major General Adel el- Ghadban, governor of Port Said, and the members of the council. Then, the President of the University stated the progress achieved in the different sectors in the university. After that, Dr Prof. Galal Salem, vice-dean for students and educational affairs, presented the development in the dormitories. During the meeting, the council granted the PhD for four researchers and the master degree for thirteen researchers. The council proceeded its schedule afterwards.
