Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, sent a congratulatory message to Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark, on the occasion of Christmas.
The President of the University extended his sincere congratulations to all members of the Coptic Orthodox Church, wishing that this blessed occasion may return to the great people of Egypt with increased goodness, love, and peace.
Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh affirmed that religious holidays always provide an opportunity to reinforce the values of brotherhood and national unity that unite the Egyptian people. He also praised the national role of the Church in promoting tolerance and love, and in supporting Egypt’s path toward stability, development, and nation-building.
The President of Port Said University concluded his message by praying for Egypt to be blessed with security and stability.
