Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, extended his sincere congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the Egyptian people on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, wishing that it may return to the Arab and Islamic world with goodness, prosperity, and blessings.
