Port Said University President: Collaboration Between Education and Arts Faculties as a Model for Optimizing Administrative Efficiency

Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, affirmed during an expanded meeting with the leadership of the Faculties of Education and Arts, in the presence of the University Restructuring Committee, that integration and coordination between the two faculties represent a successful model for maximizing administrative efficiency and developing the educational process.

He explained that the meeting is part of a series of periodic meetings held by the university administration to determine career paths for administrative staff according to the actual needs of each faculty, ensuring the optimal utilization of human resources.

Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh highlighted the university’s commitment to improving the efficiency of administrative staff through specialized training programs, as well as providing opportunities for distinguished employees to increase their income, which contributes to strengthening institutional loyalty and creating a motivating work environment.

Further, he stressed the importance of cooperation between the Faculties of Education and Arts in organizing joint student activities that help develop students’ skills and encourage them to participate in competitions and major events at both local and international levels.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the President of Port Said University affirmed that the university is moving steadily toward building a modern administrative model based on cooperation, integration, and the exchange of expertise among faculties.
