Special needs team of Port Said University won the medals in the Paralympics held between the Egyptian universities. The contest took place in Alexandria within the period from November 28 to December 2, 2021. The team consisted of six players under the leadership of Captain Mohamed Tammam. The winners were as follow:
Fatma Mohamed Ali, year 1 faculty of education, Gold Medal in Weightlifting
Mohamed Taha Gad, year 2 faculty of Arts, Silver Medal in Athletics 100 meters
Khalid Ali, year 2 faculty of Arts, Silver Medal in Weightlifting
Ahmad Abdul Nasser, year 1 faculty of Arts, Bronze Medal in Athletics 100 meters
