Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, announced the inclusion of six university scientific journals in the 2026 Arab Citation & Impact Factor (Arcif) Report, reflecting the University’s continued efforts to enhance the quality of scientific publishing and strengthen its presence in Arab and international rankings.
The 2026 report ranked 1,303 journals out of 5,650 evaluated. Port Said University’s journals achieved the following results:
Journal of the Faculty of Education: Impact Factor 0.9474, Q1, Rank 95.
Journal of the Faculty of Arts: Impact Factor 0.4891, Q2, Rank 213; ranked 9th out of 263 journals in Arts and Social Sciences.
Journal of Financial and Commercial Research: Impact Factor 0.9725, Q1, Rank 91; ranked 16th out of 192 journals in Commercial and Administrative Sciences.
Scientific Journal of Research and Studies in Physical Education: Impact Factor 0.6957, Q1, Rank 146; ranked 1st out of 39 journals in Sports Sciences.
Scientific Journal of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Port Said: Impact Factor 1.1053, Q2, Rank 74.
Journal of the Faculty of Specific Education: Impact Factor 0.2988, Q4, Rank 350.
