“My Family, My Strength” Conference

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi, General Supervisor of Student Activities, the Office for People with Disabilities at Port Said University continued its role in supporting and empowering students with disabilities through its participation in the “My Family, My Strength” Conference, held under the auspice of Major General Moheb Habashi, Governor of Port Said.

During the conference, the office reviewed its efforts in overcoming obstacles and promoting the social inclusion of people with disabilities, in addition to the activities and services provided within the university. This was done in cooperation with the Faculty of Medicine at Port Said University, under the leadership of Professor Mohamed Tamam, Director of the Office for People with Disabilities, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mustafa of the Faculty of Medicine.

Student Shahd Mohsen, leader of the “Differently Abled” volunteer team at Port Said University, also gave a comprehensive presentation on the initiatives, activities, and services provided by the university to support and empower students with disabilities.
