The activities of the Knowledge Bank workshops for Egyptian universities concluded at Port Said University “Maximizing the Benefit from the Resources and Services of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank”, under the auspice of Prof. Dr Sherif Saleh and under the general supervision of Prof. Dr Rawya Rizk, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, and hosted by Prof. Dr Ahmed Al-Ruby, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and organized by Dr Islam Shaalan, Executive Director of Information, and Dr Saleh Zaramba, Director of the Digital Library, and attended by faculty members, assistants, and graduate students from the university’s faculties. Prof. Dr Sherif Saleh stressed the importance of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank for university members, as it is the largest digital library in the world open to all Egyptians. The workshop was opened by Dr Islam Shaalan, who stated the importance of permanent cooperation with the experts of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
