The Startup Olympiad training was launched at Port Said University under the auspice of Prof. Dr Ayman Mohamed Ibrahim, President of Port Said University. It is a competition targeting Egyptian university students who have innovative ideas and want to develop into a real business model and create a startup company. Port Said University participates in 11 projects, including 9 student track projects and 2 researchers track projects. Prof. Dr Heba Abdel Nazeer, the certified trainer at the International Labor Organization, gave a lecture on the concept of entrepreneurship, how to choose and develop a project idea, and the qualities that characterize an entrepreneur, as well as organizing and presenting the training schedule for the student track.
