In the frame of celebrating the International Student Day, Dr Prof. Ayman Mohamed Ibrahim, president of the university, gave a lecture on the symposium held by the International Egyptian Organization for Human Rights entitled “E-Learning and Corona”. The celebration began with the National Anthem followed by a word by Dr Prof. Mohamed Salem, dean of the faculty of education, and Dr Prof. Atif Alam el- Din, senate member, addressing the importance of e-learning and digital transformation during Corona pandemic. Then, Dr Prof. Ayman Mohamed Ibrahim, president of the university, gave a word welcoming the guests and the organizers Mr Yousef Azam, head of the Qanal Sector at the International Egyptian Organizations for Human Rights, and Ms Lucy Mandor, vice-president for Qanal Sector for community services at the organization. After that, Dr Prof. Rawia Rezq, chief of Information Office, stated the significant progress achieved by the university in the field of digital transformation, online testing, and electronic platforms serving more than 26,000 students. At the end, Dr Prof. Ayman Ibrahim, president of the university, awarded the excellent students in the scientific, sports, cultural, and art fields.
